Transart is best known for producing bespoke programmes for clients, tailored to deliver predetermined business objectives. There are times, however, when this option may not be the right one:

  • when you need a fast solution to
    a training need
  • when the numbers being trained
    are too low to justify a new programme
  • when budgets don't allow you to originate everything that you
    need from scratch and you need
    to divert resources away from
    the basics, into areas of
    important new information.

To fill the gap, in these and other circumstances, we have developed a
range of off-the-shelf products.

In addition to the Management Development Resource and the Personal Competency Reviewer which are both essential tools for assessing the skill levels and improving performance, we are building a portfolio of generic training resources.

Transart Education Matters
This series will use a combination of electronic or paper-based distance learning resources trainer support and assessment tools, to provide a thorough grounding in specific therapy areas. The first available title will be 'Cardiovascular Medicine'.

The Performance Programme
Each unit tackles a corebusiness skill and includes self-study elements, as well as powerful presentation materials that form the basis for designing and implementing training workshops. 'Effective Training' is covered first, to be followed by 'Coaching and Facilitation'.
